2007 Championships Registration Information


Singles and Doubles Registration (ACUI):

Top finishers at their ACUI regional qualifying tournaments can register. See the ACUI website for more details.


Disabled (Paralympic) Singles Registration:

Registrations will be accepted on a first-come first-served basis; there are no special qualifying tournaments for the Paralympic Event. Interested disabled participants can register by following these instructions:

  1. Complete the Online Paralympic Registration Form by the appropriate deadline (see below).
  2. Take the Championships Eligibility Form to your school's registrar for verification and mail the completed form to NCTTA.
  3. Mail a signed Championships Agreement and Waiver to NCTTA (see mailing address below).

Please review the Paralympic Event Guidelines for more details on the format of the event.

Deadlines and Fees:
March 21, 2007Entry fee $5.

Team Registration:

Division champions, runner-ups (in large divisions) and wild card teams can register by following these instructions:

  1. Complete the Online Team Registration Form by the appropriate deadline (see below).
  2. Email a photo of your team and an image of your school's logo (both print quality, 300 DPI or higher) to
  3. Mail a completed Championships Agreement and Waiver (signed by all participants) to:

There is no separate Championships Eligibility Form required for teams, the Spring League Eligibility Form already submitted for your team is sufficient.

Deadlines and Fees: Team Registration is now CLOSED.

Fundraising and Financial Assistance: Please read NCTTA Funding Request Information for suggestions on requesting funds from your school and other sources of funding. If you would like to request financial assistance from NCTTA please complete the Financial Assistance Application but be advised that such assistance is very limited.

Travel:

Port Columbus International Airport is located about 13 miles from Ohio State University and is served by 11 different airlines.

A variety of shuttle, taxi and rental car options are available at the airport.
Taxi fare from the airport to campus is about $25. Please visit the airport's website for more information.

Note: If you plan on driving to Columbus or renting a car when you get there, parking on the Ohio State University campus is severely limited. However, there is plenty of parking at the tournament hotel and bus service will be available from the hotel to the competition venue.

Evening: Mandatory Meeting for Singles/Doubles participants (ACUI).
Plan to arrive before 4 PM Thursday to make this meeting.

Venue open for practice

Friday March 30
Morning: Mandatory Meeting for Paralympic Event Participants.
Plan to arrive before 9 AM Friday to make this meeting.

Afternoon: Mandatory Team Captains Meeting (NCTTA).
Plan to arrive before 12 PM Friday to make this meeting.
